A number of survey templates are available for your use, or you can create your own custom design for your surveys. There are different survey types too—conditional (the next question is based on the answer to this question), standard, quizzing, and subforms. The survey module allows for a number of different response types including single choice, multiple choice, text, date sliding scale and pull-down list amongst many others.
All survey results can be viewed in real time, anytime, using TEAM's built-in charting tools. For more powerful analysis you can export your survey results into Microsoft Excel or Access.
