We believe in keeping our clients informed about the latest advancements in TEAM. We would like to share with you the noteworthy features and enhancements that have been introduced so far in 2023. Enhanced Report Queries
Running frequently used reports is now more convenient. Our latest update allows you to save your frequently used reports, including pre-saved filter criteria. Simply access a report, enter your desired criteria, and choose the “Save” option at the bottom. This feature eliminates the need to re-enter your criteria each time, saving you time and effort.
Introducing TEAM Hub
We continue to develop our comprehensive TEAM Hub, catering to both the Event and Association modules. The TEAM Hub will replace our existing My Event and My Association modules. While we currently offer basic versions of these Hubs, we are committed to continuously enhancing their functionality in the coming months.
Streamlined Association Management
We have focused on refining our Association Management system to provide an enhanced user experience. Our efforts have been directed towards optimizing how information is displayed, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
Bug Fixes and Minor New Features
As part of our commitment to delivering a seamless software experience, we continuously address reported bugs and promptly resolve any issues that arise. Our team diligently monitors and resolves any bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
We have also been constantly improving the user experience by making minor enhancements to the system. These include new reports, allowing appointment opt outs if they have already been seen at a previous event and introducing collapsible sections on the Search page.
New Credit Card Gateway
We now offer an additional credit card gateway, Converge. This new gateway is both more reliable and less expensive. If you have not already been contacted about making the change, you will be soon!
What’s On The Horizon?
The upcoming months are packed with exciting plans for our TEAM team! We are dedicated to further developing the Hub. The upcoming features include a modernized look and feel, a dynamic Dashboard displaying key information such as dates, deadlines, profile views, and new messages, an improved Appointment Request module, an updated Profile View, as well as notifications for upcoming deadlines and tasks.
One of our other primary focuses will be the implementation of a comprehensive Administrator Dashboard. This Dashboard will provide you with high-level data insights related to your Association or Event, offering valuable comparison data to enhance your decision-making process. Our main goal is to equip you with the tools to gain meaningful insights from your data.
Another large change that we are actively working on is allowing Person to Person relationships. This will mean that a person can be associated with multiple companies, they will only have one set of login criteria.
