The TEAM™ Awards Management System covers all the bases from nominations and judging, to announcing winners and awarding prizes.

Awards Portal

The Awards portal provides access to qualified nominators to select their nominee and submit supporting evidence on their behalf.

Nominations can be made for multiple award categories by filling in the easy-to-follow online form. Nominators can log back in and edit nominations up to a specified date. 

Judging

After the nomination period ends, the portal is closed for new nominations and judging commences. Judges can be assigned to specific awards individually or as groups. They can also allocate points for a whole nomination or per question.

Winners are then chosen based on the judging results, or scores assigned to the award forms which ensures impartial judging. Specific prizes can then be assigned to each category.

Administration

Handling the administrative side of your awards couldn’t be simpler. Create rules to manage who is permitted to nominate for which awards.

Easily report on the status of nominations, or auto-calculate and view high scores.
