TEAM Event Management

Associations, tradeshow management companies, event management companies and event planners have used the TEAM Event Management System to control all aspects of event planning. TEAM was designed from the bottom up to fully integrate internet-based modules such as web registration, web surveys, web credit card processing and other tools with TEAM's powerful back-end administrative event management system.

Because the TEAM Event Management System was purposely built for event management, complex features such as rooming and travel itinerary preferences are integrated into the online web-registration system. Once they have registered, delegates are able to access all their information and additional products and services using an online portal, the TEAM Passport.

Directories can be produced using the information captured during registration using either Microsoft Word, Adobe PageMaker or Adobe InDesign.

Once delegates arrive at the event they are able to access additional information through the TEAM Resource Center, contact other delegates through the TEAM Message Center and schedule meetings using the TEAM Onsite Scheduling System.

TEAM Scheduling

Matchmaker™ is a particular strength of TEAM. Events have been scheduled using this system since 1992, and the current version of Matchmaker is flexible enough to handle the most complex scheduling events. Matchmaker has the ability to schedule an unlimited number of groups with as many other groups as required, as well as the ability to create an unlimited number of breaks and staggered lunch slots.
